Summer Internships in Hyderabad

An "internship" is an opportunity offered by an employer to potential employees, called "interns", to work in a company for a limited and limited period. Apprentices are usually students or university students and most internships take between one week and 12 months. They are usually part-time if they are offered for a full-time semester and are offered full-time if offered in summer or winter, when they generally last from 4 to 12 weeks.

BECAUSE IT IS NECESSARY?

Internships provide students with a period of practical experience in the industry related to their field of study. This experience is valuable for students, as it allows them to discover how their studies are applied in the "real world" and it is a work experience that can be very attractive to potential employers in the candidate's curriculum.

An internship offers potential employees an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a particular field or industry. determine if they have an interest in a particular career, create a network of contacts or obtain credits from the university module. Apprentices may also have the opportunity to apply for future paid work opportunities during their internship.

Most engineering schools have internships as a semester needed with some credits.

WHY DO COMPANIES OFFER PRACTICES?

Companies offer internships to students for a variety of short and long-term reasons.

Short term

In the short term, internships provide employers with cheap (and sometimes even free) work for low-level general office tasks, such as photocopies, archives, or report writing.

Long-term

In the long term, employers can use internships as an effective way to promote their jobs and / or graduate student projects. Graduate survey surveys indicate that almost half of graduate employers hire at least 20% of their former interns for graduate work and training programs. It is very likely that the graduates will return to the organization that hired them as apprentices for a full-time job after leaving university.

The opportunity to hire former interns after graduation is also very attractive to employers because these graduates already understand the business and the work they will do. Former apprentices require little or no training.

Salary in internships:

An internship can be paid, not paid or partially paid.

Paid internships

Paid internships are more common in engineering, law, business (especially accounting and finance), technology, medicine, science and advertising. Internships in the media (radio, television, print media) and non-profit organizations are often unpaid.

Unpaid internships

Many employers in high-demand occupations, such as television and politics, require that candidates at the graduate level have unpaid "work experience" before they can obtain gainful employment. In most cases, this "work experience" is, in fact, simply unpaid work and is contrary to the provisions of the minimum wage if it is not paid. The demand for this type of work is such that there are very few complaints about this subject. Therefore, the practice is maintained, even illegally.
